Photo Restoration includes:
- Basic Photo Fixes (contrast and color correction, remove red eye)
- Removal of flaws (stains, folds, rips, cracks, mold, moisture, dust, silvering)
- Photo Retouching - reconstruction of missing or badly damaged areas
- Removal of unwanted elements in a photo (objects, as well as people!)
- Colourisation and sepia toning
- Correction of uneven contrast
- Print 4x6

Old photographs or other restorable mementos: Newspapers, Documents; anything that can be scanned, can be restored!






The process is simple:
1. Bring in or send me your photo or document (I accept prints and digital files.)
2. Tell me what you would like to accomplish with the image.
3. I will scan your print, digitally restore and print your image.
4. I will return your original and restored image to you.
Your original photo never leaves my studio. I can even scan it while you wait!



Can my photograph be restored successfully?
The answer is almost always YES! However, not all photographs are so fortunate.
The important thing to look for is facial detail. If there is little to no clear contrast and detail of form, chances are the face cannot be restored.




Pricing:

Mild Restoration: £29 - £49 per photo (£5 discount on each photo when ordering min 10)
Basic photo correction ~ Removal of dust, minimal scratches and background stains.
Contrast and color enhancement, "red-eye" correction.
Change color to black & white photo.

Moderate Restoration & Sepia Toning: £35 - £59 per photo (£5 discount on each photo when ordering min 10)
Removal of creases, rips in background areas, removal of scratches over facial areas.
Uneven color or contrast needing correction. 1-2 missing background areas may need restoration.
Damaged photo edges may need restoration.
Sepia Toning.

Heavy Restoration & Colorization: £40 - £80 per photo (£10 discount on each photo when ordering min 10)
Restoration where image is marred by several factors such as fading, creases, cracks, tears, stains.
Restorations that require fine illustration or painting in missing details.
Photo retouching to remove cosmetic blemishes (baggy eyes, double chins, etc).
Removal of a person or object from a photo, and recentering of subjects.
Photo colorization or tinting.
